Dear Business Entrepreneur/Vendor:
You are invited to participate as a vendor at the Girlfriends! Annual Domestic Violence Awareness Breakfast, Saturday, October 2, 2010, at the Chase Riverfront Center in Wilmington, Delaware, hosted by Seeds of Greatness Bible Church Women's Ministry.
You can expect SOGM to offer an excellent program and we are expecting over 400 guests. This event is a great opportunity to sell your products/ services and build relationships to your business.
- The fee for participation is $150.00 which includes a draped six- foot table and one ticket to the event.
- Tables will be available on a first-come, first–served basis. You may beginset-upat7:15a.m.onSaturdaymorning. AllVendorsmust arrive before 7:30 am, NO EXCEPTIONS and NO REFUNDS. Your table must be set-up and ready for guests by 8:00 am. Event registration and ticket purchase is required for any individuals that accompany you. Ticket price is $30.

It's an annual event hosted by the Girlfriends! Ministry to remember the victims and celebrate the survivors. - How many vendor tables can you purchase?
Each vendor may purchase up to 2 tables. - Is there a discount for purchasing more than one table?
Unfortunately, there are no discounts. - Can you purchase a vendor table and not purchase a ticket?
Unfortunately, you must purchase both. - Are there any products and/or services that are prohibited to vend?
Yes, the Chase Center prohibits any selling of food and beverage items. Vendors may only give away pre-packaged food such as wrapped candy. - Where will the vendor tables be located?
Vendor tables will be located in the event room. - What times will the vendors be able to vend their products?
During breakfast up to program start and after the program is finished. - What time are the vendors expected to arrive for set-up?
Vendors should set-up by 7:15 am; all vendors must arrive by 7:30 am and be ready to vend by 8:00 am. - What time are the vendors expected to pack up and exit the venue?
All vendors are to exit by 1pm. - How and when will the vendors be served breakfast?
Each vendor will sit at an assigned table and will be served by table number. - Is there power available for Internet access?
Yes, internet access will be available, but is limited on a first come, first serve basis. - What if there are last minute cancellations?
Unfortunately, there are no refunds once payment is made. - Who can we contact for vendor registration questions?
