This foundational scripture is the basis for our young adult ministry. At SOGM we believe that the Lord illuminates His Spirit to the world through His people; therefore, we have committed ourselves to building a group of young adults that will raise the standards, not only in their own lives but for all those around them. The power of God is manifested in this group through strength, support, encouragement, and fun-filled fellowship.

This group is a different breed bringing innovation and creativity to our unique congregation. There are always lively discussions on a variety of topics and activities that you are guaranteed to enjoy. Past events have included working with Habitat For Humanity, an introspective look at the gifts God's given led by Minister Tim Ross of The Potter's House, mentoring programs, rock climbing and an authentic Hawaiian Luau, just to name a few.  Meeting times are usually monthly but vary depending on the itinerary and everyone is truly welcome!
